The following are terms for any Rental Property photoshoots:


1. No garages, or closets or additional outbuildings will be photographed unless requested, additional fee applies.

2. Photos will be edited and delivered within 24-48 hours (no weekend or holiday deliveries).

3. Payment includes: Extended Licenses include 3 years of usage on multiple marketing websites (Airbnb, VRBO, etc. ).

*Note: Additional square footage will require an extra fee.

**All vehicles and unwanted exterior objects must be removed before appointment. Photographer will NOT ask contractors, handyman, landscapers to remove vehicles or objects in order to photograph house/ apt. It is the SOLE REPSONSIBILITY of homeowner/ agent to have property cleared of unwanted objects/humans/animals prior and during the session.

**NO THIRD PARTY USAGE is included in this licensing fee, by signing the agreement form, you hereby understand and agree to usage terms. Should the property be listed for sale, the assigned agent is legally required to purchase an additional license from our studios (should they desire to use the images).
